Instructional Programs

Individual Lessons

Our tennis professionals are all certified by Tennis Canada, versed in the Noble Tennis Methodology and possess a minimum 10 years in the teaching field, making our staff amongst the most qualified and experienced in the nation. Private instruction is the fast track to enjoyment and improvement, and we guarantee these results for the earnest student. Lessons are arranged at times of mutual convenience. Individual, Duo, Trio and Ensemble (4 or more students) are available. Lessons are 1 hour in duration but can be increased or decreased by 30 minute intervals.

Early Bird Train & Play

Calling early-risers who are enthusiastic about improving their tennis skills and overall game play.

 

Playing Level:    High Intermediate / Advanced.  Pre-assessment maybe required.

Lesson Day:      Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30am  

                          Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30 am

Session:            January 14-June 18 (No play Mar 13-30)

Fee:                   Annual, Seasonal, Drop-In

20/20 Tennis

20/20 refers to an acute, alert and active mind with the ability to react and adapt. Our goal is to provide clarity on how to play the game successfully - knowing exactly your game style, your strengths, weaknesses, and how to make the best of both. Learn how tactics and strategy enable you to win matches against those 'tricky' opponents.

 

Play level:       Intermediate / Advanced

Lesson Day:   Tuesdays 10:30am - 12:00pm

Session:         Begins January 7 (6 weeks)

Point Play

A fast-paved program focused on high energy and volume through fun, competitive drills. Playing situations are presented through intervals and games to improve endurance, court positioning, shot selection, and reaction speed.

 

Playing Level:   Beginner / Intermediate 

Lesson Day:      Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30pm (Beg/Int) 

                          Fridays 5:00 – 6:00pm (Beginner)

Session:            Begins January 7 (6 weeks)

Fee:                  $150

Train & Play

Combine practice and play with a focus on skill development through matchplay. Teaching topics are based around the 5 playing situations (noth back, opponent at the net, approaching the net, serve, return of serve). Technical and tactical feedback for doubles will provide players with the tools to play the game better.

 

Player level:   Intermediate / Advanced

Lesson Day:   Fridays 6:00 - 7:30 pm (Int / Adv)

                       Saturdays 9:00 - 10:30am (Int / Adv)

                       Saturdays 12:00 - 1:30pm (Beg / Int)

Sessions:        Begins January 10 (6 weeks)

Fee:                $225
