Ottawa Tennis & Lawn Bowling Club

The NTS is pleased to be back on the beautiful clay courts of the OTLBC for our second season! We will provide multi-level tennis programming for juniors aged 5-17, under the motto that lessons are always Safe, Fun and Effective. We look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new students in the weeks to come!
Mighty Mites (Ages 5-6, 7-9), Intermediate (Ages 10-15)
Our popular Mighty Mites and Intermediate Programs are led by our full-time teaching staff, with a maximum of 4 students per court. Kids are divided into pods according to ability and playing level, and receive organized instruction in fundamental skills, game situations and open play, while learning the rules and etiquette of the game.
Competitive Development Programs & Summer Camp
U10 Flight (Ages 7-10), U12-16 Flights (Ages 10-15), U14-16 Summer Camp
The NTS Competitive Development Programs begin with tryouts to assess tennis skills and physical readiness for a comprehensive program. Once assigned to an 8-player flight, the players practice three times per week, with training sessions including duo lessons, coached matchplay, group training and physical fitness sessions. This unique integrated format ensures that players will experience dramatically accelerated improvement, guided by our experienced teaching team and proven NTS methodology.
Our completely individualized program for the strongest and most committed players.
